AMZCHEF CE-SK-72 Induction Cooktop with Range Hood

The AMZCHEF CE-SK-72 is a 2-in-1 induction cooktop with an integrated countertop range hood, featuring 4 cooking zones, 2 Flex Zones, and an exhaust system with a capacity of up to 650 m³/h. The unit’s total power is 7,200 W, and 9 power levels allow you to adjust the heating intensity to suit the dish being prepared. There is also a Boost function that allows you to temporarily increase the power of selected zones. The built-in range hood can operate automatically or at a manually set fan speed. The cooktop measures 77 × 52 × 20.6 cm and is designed for installation in a cutout measuring 73.8–74 × 49.8–50 cm. Combining the cooktop with the built-in range hood eliminates the need to install a traditional range hood above the cooking surface, allowing for greater flexibility in kitchen design.

Four cooking zones and 9 power levels

Four independent cooking zones allow you to prepare several dishes at once, and their varying power levels make it easy to select the right zone for the size of the cookware and the cooking method. The front left zone offers up to 2,000 W, increased to 2,400 W in Boost mode, while the rear left zone reaches up to 1,600 W and 2,000 W with the Boost function. On the right side, the rear zone delivers up to 2,000 W, and up to 2,400 W with the Boost function, while the front right zone operates at up to 1,600 W and up to 2,000 W in Boost mode. Nine power settings allow you to go from gentle heating to intense frying or quickly bringing water to a boil.

Flex Zone—more space for larger cookware

The Flex Zone feature is located on both sides of the cooktop, allowing you to combine two adjacent zones into a single larger cooking surface. Each combined zone offers up to 2,500 W of power, and up to 3,000 W when the Boost function is activated. This solution works well when using larger and oblong cookware, such as roasting pans, griddle plates, or fish pans. This makes it easier to adapt the cooktop surface to your current cooking method.

Integrated range hood with a capacity of up to 650 m³/h

The centrally located downdraft system extracts steam, odors, and grease particles directly from the cooking surface. Its maximum capacity is 650 m³/h. In automatic mode, the ventilation intensity is adjusted to the current cooking power, while manual mode allows you to regulate the fan’s operation yourself. The range hood can operate by venting air to an external duct or in recirculation mode. In closed-loop mode, a suitable activated carbon filter is required.

Convenient cleaning of the filters and the interior of the range hood

The components of the ventilation system that are most exposed to grease and moisture can be easily removed. The hood’s upper cover is removable, as is the metal grease filter, which can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. The lower part of the unit also features a removable tray designed to collect condensation and grease. Access to these components without the need for tools facilitates regular maintenance of the appliance.

Touch Control Panel

The flat touch panel allows you to control both the induction cooktops and the integrated range hood. Users can select individual zones, set one of 9 power levels, activate the Flex Zone and Boost functions, and use the timer and pause function. The panel also allows you to switch the range hood between automatic and manual control. The child lock prevents settings from being accidentally changed, which is especially useful while cooking and cleaning the cooktop surface.

Induction Cookware and Built-In Installation

The AMZCHEF CE-SK-72 requires cookware with a flat, ferromagnetic bottom. Suitable options include pots and pans made of induction-compatible stainless steel, cast iron, and enameled cast iron. Cookware made exclusively of aluminum, copper, glass, or ceramic without a ferromagnetic layer will not work with the cooktop. The appliance is 770 mm wide and 520 mm deep, while the required installation opening should measure 738–740 × 498–500 mm. The 7200 W power rating also requires an electrical installation capable of handling the appliance’s specifications.
