GODOX RS100R RGB LED Photography Light

The GODOX RS100R is a compact 100 W RGB LED light that combines intense light with full color control and a portable design. It offers a light intensity of up to 28,600 lx at a distance of 1 m, a color temperature range from 1,800 to 10,000 K, and smooth brightness adjustment from 0 to 100%. The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 52 minutes of operation at full power, making the light ideal for both studio and on-location shoots.

Complete Freedom in Working with Color

The RS100R allows you to precisely tailor the lighting characteristics to a specific scene. Available modes include HSI, RGBW, X-Y, Gel, and FX modes, which allow you to adjust, among other things, hue, saturation, color temperature, and special effects. As a result, a single light can be used for both classic lighting and creating more creative, colorful setups without the need for additional filters.

Precise Brightness Control

Brightness can be adjusted from 0 to 100% with an accuracy of 0.1%, making it easy to fine-tune the amount of light. The minimum level of 0.0% allows for smooth transitions even at low brightness levels. High-performance COB LEDs provide even, soft light that’s ideal for product photography, video recording, e-commerce livestreams, wedding videography, and short-form stage productions.

Up to 52 minutes of runtime on the built-in battery

The built-in battery provides up to 52 minutes of operation at full power, so the RS100R doesn’t need to be constantly plugged in during shorter shoots. The light supports PD fast charging and can also be used while recharging. When using a PD charger with a power output of at least 60 W, a full charge takes about 2 hours, making it easy to prepare the device for the next session.

Control via the app, NFC, and DMX

The RS100R works with the Godox Light app, which allows for convenient control of the flash settings from a mobile device. The NFC feature enables quick pairing by simply bringing a compatible device close to the flash, without the need to manually search for it. For professional setups, wired DMX control with RDM support is also available; however, a DMX-C2 controller is required for the DMX connection.

Portable Design for Studio and On-Location Use

The lightweight, compact design is optimized for easy transport in a backpack, allowing you to easily take the RS100R outside the studio. The combination of 100 W of power, full RGB control, a wide color temperature range of 1,800–10,000 K, and battery power means the light can be used for outdoor shoots, studio productions, live broadcasts, and product photography. As a result, a single light source can handle both classic and more creative lighting scenarios.
