The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC128D35 is an induction cooktop with two cooking zones and a total power output of 3,500 W. The left cooking zone offers up to 2,000 W of power and 20 power levels, while the right one reaches up to 1,500 W and offers 15 power levels. There are also 20 temperature settings, allowing you to precisely adjust the heating parameters to suit the dish you’re preparing. Each zone has independent touch controls, and the cooktop works with compatible flat-bottomed induction cookware with diameters ranging from 12 to 24 cm.

Independent control of the two zones

Separate controls for each zone allow you to prepare two dishes simultaneously using different settings. For example, you can cook soup on one zone while frying or preparing a sauce on the other. A wide range of power settings makes it easy to adjust the heating intensity to the type of dish and its stage of preparation.

Precise power and temperature control

The left burner offers 20 power levels, while the right burner offers 15. Additionally, the appliance provides 20 temperature settings. Stable operation thanks to the IGBT circuit

The appliance uses a German-made IGBT circuit to control the induction process. The smooth glass surface makes it easy to keep the appliance clean. Typical cooking residue can be quickly wiped away once the appliance has finished operating and the cooktop has cooled down. The appliance measures 538 × 310 × 68 mm, offering two cooking zones in a relatively compact design.
