The DDPAI Z50 Pro Dual dashcam features a dual-channel recording system that allows for simultaneous recording of footage from the front and rear of the vehicle. The front camera records in 4K UHD (3840 × 2160 px) at 30 fps, while the rear camera records in Full HD (1920 × 1080 px) at 25 fps. The device supports HDR technology, which improves the visibility of details in high-contrast lighting conditions. The model is equipped with a 3-inch screen, a GPS module, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, a 3-axis G-sensor, and ADAS driver assistance features. Support for the mobile app makes it easy to access recordings and settings, and a supercapacitor replaces the traditional battery. The set also includes a rear camera with a connection cable.

4K and Full HD Recording

The front camera is equipped with an F1.8 lens and a 143° field of view, which covers a wide area of the road, including the shoulders and intersections. The rear camera, with an F2.0 aperture and a 124° field of view, records what is happening behind the vehicle. This allows the kit to document traffic incidents from two perspectives. Both cameras use HDR technology, which helps maintain image clarity when driving into the sun, in the shade, or after dark. Support for the AI.265 and H.264 codecs helps reduce the storage space required for recordings.

GPS and Driver Assistance Features

The built-in GPS module, which supports both BDS and GLONASS systems, enables the recording of trip data. In the DDPAI app, you can view, among other thingsthe route traveled, speed, and vehicle location. The dashcam also offers ADAS features that help you stay alert while driving. The system alerts you when the vehicle in front starts moving, which is useful when waiting at traffic lights or in traffic. Additionally, the driver fatigue reminder feature helps you remember to take regular breaks during longer trips.

Wireless Connectivity and Easy Access to Recordings

The DDPAI Z50 Pro Dual supports Wi-Fi 6 on the 2.4 GHz band and Bluetooth 5.4, allowing you to connect the device to your smartphone. Using the DDPAI app, you can view and download recordings and adjust the camera settings. The built-in 3-inch screen also allows you to preview footage, play back recorded videos, and control basic functions directly on the device. The camera supports microSD cards with capacities up to 512 GB, allowing you to store more footage. Additionally, the 3-axis G-sensor detects sudden changes in motion—such as during emergency braking or a collision—and allows you to secure recordings related to such events.

Compact Design and Supercapacitor

The camera measures 83 × 64.7 × 36.8 mm, so it takes up very little space on the windshield. The supercapacitor used serves as an energy storage component instead of a traditional battery. The device is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C, allowing it to be used in various weather conditions. Power is supplied via a USB-C connector (5 V/2 A). The kit includes cables to connect both cameras, a car charger, and mounting accessories that make installation in the vehicle easy.
