Uni-T UT116A SMD Tester

The Uni-T UT116A is a compact SMD tester in the form of a measuring tweezers, designed for quickly testing electronic components during assembly and servicing. The device automatically recognizes the components being tested, such as resistors, capacitors, and diodes, thereby speeding up diagnostics and facilitating daily work with small SMD components. An additional advantage is the tweezers’ 180° rotating design, which improves readability and facilitates measurements of diodes and LEDs.

Quick measurement of key electronic components

The UT116A model offers a maximum reading of 3000 and allows for the measurement of resistance up to 30 MΩ, capacitance up to 30 mF, and DC voltage up to 36 V. The device also supports a 3 V diode test, an LED and Zener diode test at approximately 21 V / 1 mA, and a continuity test for circuits below 30 Ω, which increases its usefulness during repairs and component inspections. Automatic range switching and the automatic component recognition feature help you get results faster and simplify operation.

Compact design for everyday use

The tester is powered by two AAA batteries and weighs approximately 80 g, making it lightweight and comfortable to use. The 39 × 20 mm display makes it easy to read results, and the auto-off function helps conserve power during breaks.
