The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC119B33 is a dual-zone induction cooktop with a total power output of 3,300 W, which can operate as two independent cooking zones or as a larger Flex Zone. The individual zones offer power outputs of up to 1,800 W and 1,500 W, and 10 power settings—from P1 to P9—along with a “B” quick-cook mode, allow you to adjust the heating intensity to suit the dish you’re preparing. The model operates at a voltage of 220–240 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz, measures 52 × 30 × 7.2 cm, and can be used as a countertop unit or built into cabinetry.

Flex Zone – Larger Cooking Surface

The Flex Zone feature allows you to use a larger cooking surface, which is useful when cooking in large, wide, or oblong cookware. Depending on your needs, you can also use two separate zones to prepare two dishes simultaneously with different settings. This solution offers greater flexibility for both quick preparation of everyday meals and more elaborate cooking.

10 power settings

The cooktop offers 10 power settings ranging from P1 to P9, as well as a “B” quick-cook mode. Lower settings are ideal for tasks such as melting, reheating, and gentle cooking, while higher settings allow for intense frying or the quick preparation of dishes requiring high temperatures. "B" mode is designed for quickly bringing water to a boil and situations where maximum heating intensity is required.

Stable temperature control

The IGBT technology used supports precise temperature control and helps maintain a more stable heating level while the appliance is in operation. Minimizing large temperature fluctuations makes it easier to control the cooking process, especially when frying or cooking dishes that require even heating. This allows the user to more conveniently adjust the cooktop’s operation to suit different types of dishes.

Timer and Safety Features

The built-in timer allows you to set the operating time up to 99 minutes, making it easier to control cooking duration without constantly checking the clock. The cooktop is also equipped with a control panel lock, overheat protection, automatic cookware detection, and a residual heat indicator “H.” These features help reduce the risk of accidental activation or changes to settings and alert you when the surface remains hot after the cooktop has finished operating.

Built-in or countertop installation

The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC119B33 can be built into a countertop or used as a freestanding cooktop, making it easy to adapt to various kitchen layouts. Its dimensions are 52 × 30 × 7.2 cm, while the required cutout should be between 48.8 and 49 cm long and between 26.8 and 27 cm wide. The black microcrystalline glass panel has a smooth surface, so typical kitchen stains can be easily removed after cooking.
