The price of the product does not include delivery costs, unless otherwise specified in the specific offer.
Delivery costs are indicated during the order placement process.
Order placement and payment
Orders can be placed in the Grozs.lv online store or products can be purchased in person at our store in Riga.
For orders placed online, payment can be made using the payment methods offered by the online store, including bank card, internet banking, bank transfer, or other payment solutions available during the order placement process.
Upon receipt of payment for the order, the order is forwarded for processing and preparation.
After the order has been dispatched, the buyer receives information about the dispatch of the order and, if applicable, a shipment tracking number.
Products purchased in person at our store can be paid for with a bank card or cash, unless otherwise specified for the specific purchase.
Before making a purchase, the buyer is obliged to ensure that the information, product model, комплектация and quantity indicated in the order are correct.
Right of withdrawal for products purchased online
If the consumer purchases a product in the Grozs.lv online store, concluding a distance contract, the consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product, if none of the exceptions specified in the regulatory acts apply to the specific product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Grozs.lv of their decision to withdraw from the purchase in writing, for example, by sending a notification to our email or by calling.
After notifying the withdrawal, the product must be delivered or sent to the seller no later than within 14 days.
The direct costs of returning the product are covered by the buyer, unless the parties have agreed otherwise or the regulatory acts provide for a different procedure.
The seller refunds the payments made by the buyer within the term specified in the regulatory acts. The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product is received or a document confirming the return of the product is received.
Use of the product during the withdrawal period
The consumer has the right to inspect the received product to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The product may be used only to the extent necessary to verify it, similarly to how it would be possible in a regular store.
If the product is used more than necessary for its verification, and as a result its value has decreased, the buyer is responsible for this decrease in value.
When returning the product, the buyer must hand it over to the seller in such a condition that it is possible to objectively assess its condition and the possible decrease in value.
Purchases in our physical store
For products purchased in person at our physical store, the 14-day right of withdrawal is not applicable, as the right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts and certain contracts concluded outside business premises.
Purchasing a product in person means that the buyer has the opportunity to inspect the product and, if necessary, receive advice before making the purchase.
If a defect or non-conformity with the contract is found in a product purchased in person, the matter will be examined in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer rights protection regulations.
Warranty and product non-conformity
If a technical defect or other non-conformity is found in the purchased product, the buyer must contact Grozs.lv, providing order or purchase information and describing the detected problem.
If necessary, the product may be submitted for diagnostics or service inspection.
If a warranty case is identified, product repair, part replacement, product replacement or another solution is provided in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts and the warranty conditions of the specific product.
Processing of personal data
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have provided true and up-to-date information necessary for the execution of the order.
The buyer's personal data is processed to ensure order acceptance, payment, compilation, delivery, warranty service and communication regarding the order.
The buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the execution of the order to the specified email address or phone number.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
